First, we will learn the science and technology used to create audio and video projects. From there we will learn how to use the equipment, from microphones to video cameras, to create projects. Last we will learn to edit the projects that we created to end up with a complete production.
Students will work in an AV production studio to create pre-recorded and live streamed productions that can be shared either through our stream servers or on FATV.
Students will have access to a large variety of equipment and studios that will allow them to learn how to use green screens, different types of microphones and video cameras, cables and adapters, as well as understanding how the science assists in creating effective and unique projects ready for either streaming or shared on a website.
Students will learn about the science and technology behind using AV equipment. From ADC to amplitude and frequency, students will learn the why and how of recording equipment.
Students will learn how to use AV equipment effectively to make a production. From microphones, different types of video cameras, cables, green screens, lighting and everything in between.
Students will learn how to use editing software and the science and technology from previous chapters to create a great production.
